OilMat™ is designed for professional workshops looking for a simple and flexible solution for dispensing and managing engine oil, gear oil and coolant.
OilMat is available in both mobile and stationary solutions and dispenses directly from the original container – from containers as small as 20 litres. The system requires no fixed piping, while the battery-powered solutions provide the freedom to position OilMat wherever it makes the most sense in the workshop.
OilMat is simple to set up and easy to get started with. The digital management system ensures precise dispensing, tracks consumption by user and job number, and provides detailed reporting. The system can also handle automatic reordering, giving the workshop full control over both fluid consumption and stock requirements.

OilMat™ PU
The core pumping unit behind the OilMat™ system.
OilMat™ PU is a compact, battery-powered pumping unit with built-in Wi-Fi and a Milwaukee M12 battery interface. It forms the pumping and digital control platform used across multiple OilMat™ solutions.
Available for both passenger car and heavy-duty applications, with the setup configured to match the required application and flow.
OilMat™ P
Portable fluid dispensing wherever you need it.
Built on the OilMat™ PU pumping platform, OilMat™ P adds a robust freestanding frame and carrying handle, creating a portable dispensing solution for flexible workshop use.
Designed for applications where the required setup may vary, OilMat™ P is supplied without hoses, allowing the hose configuration to be adapted to the specific fluid, application and required flow.
OilMat™ S1
A modern oil bar with all the advantages of OilMat™.
OilMat™ S1 is a compact dispensing station built on the OilMat™ PU platform. With an integrated shelf for a measuring container, it functions as a traditional oil bar while adding precise dispensing, digital fluid management, reporting and automatic reordering.
OilMat™ S1 is supplied with a power supply. The mounting brackets can be positioned for freestanding use or reversed for wall mounting, providing flexibility in the workshop.
OilMat™ S4
One station. Multiple fluids.
OilMat™ S4 builds on the S1 concept, adding multi-fluid capability for workshops handling several different oils or fluids from one dispensing station.
The S4 is supplied with four suction hoses as standard and supports up to six fluid channels, allowing the system to grow with the workshop’s needs. Each fluid is selected and dispensed through the same OilMat™ interface, with consumption tracking, reporting and automatic reordering.
OilMat™ S4 is supplied with a power supply and can be installed freestanding or wall-mounted.
OilMat™ T1
Compact fluid management. Fully mobile.
OilMat™ T1 is a compact mobile dispensing solution designed for 60-litre drums and containers from 20 litres. The fluid container travels with the unit, providing a flexible solution that can be moved directly to the vehicle.
Built on the OilMat™ platform, T1 combines precise dispensing with user and job tracking, detailed reporting and automatic reordering – without the need for fixed piping.
Mobile fluid management for 200-litre drums.
OilMat™ T2
OilMat™ T2 is a mobile dispensing solution designed for standard 200-litre drums. The drum travels with the unit, allowing fluids to be dispensed directly from the original container to the vehicle wherever needed in the workshop.
Built on the OilMat™ platform, T2 combines precise dispensing with user and job tracking, detailed reporting and automatic reordering – without the need for fixed piping.
OilMat™ T6
Six fluids. One mobile system.
OilMat™ T6 is a multi-fluid dispensing solution designed to handle up to six different fluids from one mobile unit. It dispenses directly from individual 20-litre containers, allowing the workshop to keep different engine oils, gear oils or coolants ready for use in a single system.
T6 can also be configured for Bag-in-Box, providing flexibility for different fluid packaging. Each fluid is individually selected and precisely dispensed, while the OilMat™ management system tracks consumption by user and job number, provides detailed reporting and can handle automatic reordering.
OilMat™ U1
Upgrade your existing oil trolley.
OilMat™ U1 is designed to bring OilMat™ dispensing and digital fluid management to existing oil trolleys. Built around the OilMat™ PU, the U1 can be mounted on compatible trolleys from manufacturers such as Samoa, Eurolube and Orion.
It provides precise dispensing, user and job tracking, detailed reporting and automatic reordering – allowing workshops to upgrade existing equipment without replacing the complete trolley.
